Our labor guarantee covers all primary installations including plumbing, electrical, and structural framing performed by our team.

Manufacturer & Supplier Warranty: Please note that all physical materials, hardware, and appliances (such as flooring, lighting fixtures, HVAC units, and kitchen appliances) are covered exclusively by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. We assist our clients in identifying these documents for direct supplier claims.
*Warranty period begins immediately upon project completion or substantial occupancy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, owner neglect, or acts of God.
