1. The Deposit & Commitment
The deposit allows us to supply materials, cover operating expenses, and secure our expert workmanship for your project timeframe.
- 10% Acceptance Deposit: Non-refundable. Secured upon acceptance to confirm your project on our schedule.
2. Payment Schedule
- 70% Project Start: Due on the first day of work.
- 20% Project Completion: Final balance due upon completion and customer satisfaction.
- Accepted Methods: E-Transfer (7652214@gmail.com), Cash, or Bank Transfer. (No checks/credit cards).
⚠️ EXTRA WORK POLICY
Any additional tasks or changes requested after signing will be invoiced separately from the original project total.
